Shipping costs

simracer.at endeavors to keep shipping costs as low as possible. For standard shipping, we determine the shipping service provider. Alternatively, DHL, UPS or postal delivery can be selected at checkout.
The total shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the selected shipping method.

Shipping with DHL: DHL offers the highest service level, the shipment is handed over directly to DHL and can be tracked and controlled via the DHL Service Portal. We only ship export shipments (non-EU) with DHL.

Shipping with UPS: UPS works in a similar way to UPS, the service level is slightly lower than with DHL. With UPS there is the possibility to book "next working day delivery", for this the order must arrive by 10:00 a.m., otherwise we cannot guarantee same-day delivery to UPS. For orders placed after 10:00 a.m., the goods will be handed over to UPS on the next working day.

Shipping with austrian. Post: This is the cheapest shipping method, there is only one delivery attempt and we do not receive any notification that something is not working. If the address details are inaccurate or unclear, the parcel will automatically be returned to us.
