Shipping to Austria and Germany

Spain and Portugal
We also ship to Spain and Portugal. Shipping costs depend on the delivery region, as well as the size and weight of the ordered products.
Special shipping conditions may apply to certain regions, particularly islands and special territories. Delivery through our regular checkout may not be available for all destinations.
Important: Not all regions in Spain and Portugal are eligible for automatic shipping. Whether delivery to your address is available and the applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

EU Islands and Special Delivery Regions
Special shipping rates may apply to islands and remote delivery regions due to higher transportation costs.

Many of our sim racing products, such as complete racing rigs, large hardware components and extensive accessories, require special shipping due to their dimensions.

UPS – Additional Shipping Options
UPS Standard, Express and Express Saver
In addition to our regular shipping methods, several UPS shipping services are available for many destinations.

- UPS Express: Express delivery for particularly urgent orders.
- UPS Express Saver: Fast international delivery with priority transportation.
How Are UPS Shipping Costs Calculated?
UPS shipping rates are calculated automatically and individually at checkout. The calculation takes several factors into account:
- Destination country and delivery address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected UPS shipping service
- Availability of the selected service
The final shipping price and estimated transit time are displayed directly at checkout before you complete your order.
Good to know: Not every UPS service is available for all destinations or products. Available options are determined automatically based on your order.
International Shipping
Switzerland, United Kingdom and Other Countries
For selected countries outside the European Union, shipping options are available directly at checkout.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, weight, dimensions and selected shipping method.
International shipments may be subject to additional import duties, customs charges or handling fees. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in our shipping rates.
For destinations that are not automatically available at checkout, we'll be happy to prepare an individual shipping quotation.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We process orders as quickly as possible during our regular business hours.
In-stock items can usually be dispatched promptly. For express orders received by 11:00 AM on a business day, we aim to dispatch your order on the same day.
Actual dispatch times depend on product availability and the selected shipping method.
Can My Order Be Shipped in Multiple Packages?
Yes. Larger orders or orders containing bulky sim racing components may be shipped in multiple packages.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the applicable shipping rates for your order and displayed at checkout.
Why Do Some Products Have Higher Shipping Costs?
Certain products require special shipping due to their weight, dimensions or packaging requirements.
This may include large sim racing rigs, long aluminium profiles or particularly heavy hardware components.
Available shipping methods and the applicable costs are automatically displayed at checkout.
Can I Collect My Order in Person?
If local pickup is available for your order, you can select this option directly at checkout.
Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before visiting us for collection.
What If My Country Is Not Available at Checkout?
No problem! Simply contact us at info@simracer.at and provide your complete delivery address along with the products you would like to order.
We'll be happy to check whether delivery is possible and prepare an individual shipping quotation.
