General terms and conditions for consumers, as of 24.10.2022

Conclusion of contract / possibility of correction

The customer's order constitutes an offer. A contract is only concluded after acceptance on our part. An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are filled in. If any information is missing or if we cannot fulfill the order for any other reason, the customer will receive an error message. Before the final submission of the order, the customer is given the opportunity to correct his order. Supporting detailed information is given to the customer directly in the course of the ordering process.

As soon as the order process is completed, the customer will be notified by an information window. This does not constitute an acceptance of the customer's offer on our part.

Acknowledgement of receipt

When the order is received by us, the customer will be notified of the receipt of his order via the e-mail address provided by him. This notification does not constitute an acceptance of the customer's offer on our part.

Contract storage

The purchase contract is stored by us and can be accessed via the link received in the e-mail confirmation or via the customer account (if created).

Contract language

The contract language is German.

Delivery restrictions

The web shop is aimed at the EU and some third countries (Switzerland, Great Britain,...). We only deliver to delivery addresses in these state(s) as standard. For other countries we have to determine the transport costs separately, please contact us.

You will be informed by e-mail when the goods are ready for collection. The goods are then ready for collection for 14 days.

Default of acceptance

If the goods are not collected within the collection period, you will be notified again by e-mail and informed that we grant you a grace period of 7 days for collection. We may withdraw from the purchase contract after the grace period has expired. You will be notified of our withdrawal by e-mail. In this case you will receive a credit note in the amount of the payment made less the storage costs incurred. Upon your request, we will convert this credit into a monetary amount, which will be transferred back to you in the same way as you made your original payment.

Clarification that the webshop does not yet legally constitute an offer

The presentation of the goods in the web store does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense. It is a mere invitation to the customer to make an offer.

Conclusion of contract

The customer's order constitutes an offer. A contract is only concluded after acceptance on our part. The acceptance takes place with the dispatch of the ordered goods. Our confirmation of receipt of the customer's order by e-mail is not an acceptance of the offer on our part.

Binding of the customer to his offer

The customer is bound to his order for two days from receipt of this order. The legal right of revocation (right of withdrawal) remains unaffected.

Receipt of the order

The date of receipt of the order will be communicated to the customer immediately within the scope of the confirmation of receipt.

Prices and shipping costs

All prices are total prices. They are inclusive of all taxes including VAT and duties but exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the product size/weight. Exact information about the shipping costs can be found at the checkout in the webshop or in the shipping costs overview.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, eps transfer, Klarna Sofort bezahlen, prepayment with bank transfer.

Credit check

We reserve the right to exclude payment on account after a credit check.

Due date / prepayment

If no other method of payment has been agreed, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full upon conclusion of the contract. The goods will be delivered only after receipt of the amount on our bank account.

Default interest

Even if the contractual partner is not at fault, we shall be entitled to charge default interest in the amount of 4% per annum; this shall not affect claims for compensation of proven higher interest in the event of default in payment for which the contractual partner is at fault.

Right of withdrawal / right of revocation

The term "right of withdrawal", which is common in Austria, corresponds to the term "right of cancellation", which is common in Germany and used in the Consumer Rights Directive. We therefore use the equivalent term "right of withdrawal (Rücktrittsrecht)". Only the term "right of withdrawal" is used in the cancellation policy. This is equivalent to the Austrian term "Rücktrittsrecht. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.

Non-existing right of withdrawal (right of rescission)

There is no right of withdrawal (right of rescission) for goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

No longer applicable right of revocation (right of withdrawal)

For goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal (right of rescission) does not apply if the goods have been unsealed after delivery. For audio or video recordings such as CDs, DVDs, etc., as well as for computer software delivered in a sealed package, the right of withdrawal (right of rescission) shall not apply if the goods have been unsealed after delivery. For goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature, the right of withdrawal (right of rescission) does not apply.

Legal warranty

The provisions of the statutory warranty shall apply. The warranty period for the delivery of movable goods is two years from the date of acceptance of the goods.

We do not grant any warranties of our own beyond the statutory warranty. The detailed conditions of any manufacturer warranties can be found, if necessary, with the respective goods.

Delivery period

Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 3 days after our confirmation of the concluded contract. In case of payment in advance, the delivery period starts with the receipt of the amount on our bank account. We point out possible deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment

Effect of the retention of title

In the event of default of payment by the customer, we are entitled to assert our rights under the retention of title. It is agreed that the assertion of the retention of title does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract, unless we expressly declare the withdrawal from the contract.

Personal data is processed in accordance with legal regulations and retention periods. Data is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary for order processing (e.g. passing on the delivery address to the shipping company selected by the buyer) or is required by law (e.g. offices, authorities).
