Designed with performance in mind

Designed to boost your speed! The 8" DDU features the brightest LEDs on the market and a powerful USB-C port with extremely high bandwidth. 26 RGB LEDs with 16 million colors serve as turn signals and indicator lights. The LEDs follow the new Ascher Racing SteadiColor philosophy, which offers unmatched color stability at very low brightness settings, while being mounted in individual housings to prevent any light bleeding.

All data is displayed in real time with a resolution of 1,200×400, giving you the perfect overview of all the necessary details about your race and your car. Thanks to official SimHub integration, the dashboard and LEDs can be individually configured so you can set everything to suit your needs. The integrated 16-bit color display delivers bright 350 lumens and its resistive touchscreen can be operated without removing your racing gloves.

Compact and performance-oriented design

The 8-inch dashboard has been designed to be extremely compact, with the main housing only 18 mm thick. Thanks to its performance-oriented shape, the 8-inch widescreen fits perfectly in front of your monitor, covering only the lower viewing area and offering you maximum visibility. Visually, the DDU blends seamlessly with our steering wheels and button panels.

CNC-MILLED HOUSING: THE FAMILIAR ASCHER RACING QUALITY

Unlike many competing products, the housing of the 8-inch DDU is not 3D-printed, but completely CNC-milled from aluminum and black anodized, giving it the familiar high-quality finish of Ascher Racing. Power is supplied via the included angled USB-C cable on the back, where the on/off push button is also located.

Unlimited compatibility

The ¼-inch mount on the back of the housing allows for unlimited compatibility and freedom in placing your 8-inch dashboard.

Included are two carbon fiber mounting plates suitable for the most popular high-end wheel bases such as Simucube 1, 2, and 3.
